Yes! For an additional $10 you can have your certificate expedited. Please see the state page you are completing the course for further details.

Yes! For a small rescheduling fee you can change your class. You will need to call the office of the state you are completing the course for further details.

Yes! In most cases the course can be used to satisfy both point reduction and insurance purposes. Please see the state page you are completing the course for further details.

No! One of the benefits of using NTSI to complete your course is that we do all the reporting for you. Upon completion of the course we will notify the state, county or city court on your behalf. Please see the state page you are completing the course for further details.

No! When you register you will create a username and password so you can access the course on your time schedule. You can log in as many times as needed 24/7 until your completion deadline determined by the courts.
- Do I still have to pay a fine?

No! In most cases, by taking one of our courses you are not required to pay any additional fees for that specific violation. Please note that this varies from state to state. For further information please see the state page you are completing the course for further details.

Please call the office of the state you are registered for a class in between 8am and 5pm Monday thru Friday.

Many of the approved states have time requirement built into the courses. There is a countdown clock located in the upper right hand side of the course window that will show you how much time you have left on your course. Once the timer has counted down to zero you will be able to proceed.

- What’s the difference between a CDL (commercial driver’s license) and an operator’s license?

A commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a professional driver’s license (truck driver, bus driver etc). If you hold a CDL at the time you received the citation, regardless of whether you were operating a commercial vehicle, you are NOT eligible to take a defensive driving course.
