Basic Driver Improvement Course (BDI), 4 hours Course
This course is for the individual who is attending:

Normally ordered by the courts as part of a sentencing judgment, this course is for the individual who has:
4-Hour Alcohol, Drug and Traffic Seminar (TRAFFIC LAW AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE COURSE)
Florida Statute (F.S) 322.095 - traffic law and substance abuse education program for first time Florida driver license applicants. The Alcohol, Drug & Traffic Seminar is NTSI Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Course. It was created to introduce new drivers to the impact alcohol and other drugs have on an individual’s driving behavior and skills, defensive driving techniques and to traffic laws. Successful completion of a traffic law and substance abuse course is required by Florida state law for all first time drivers desiring to obtain a learner’s drivers license. D.A.T.E reduces the number of persons killed and injured on highways by helps drivers of all ages become well-informed and responsible. The program covers state laws, the effects of alcohol and drugs on driving and techniques for avoiding crashes. 8-Hour Aggressive Driver Course

12-Hour Advanced Driver Improvement
Traffic Survival Workshop Level II is a defensive driving program for serious or habitual offenders. The Traffic Survival Workshop Level II is designed for the person who has had their driver’s license suspended by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles or has been court ordered. Certain courts require a violator to attend a defensive driving program for serious/habitual offenders and the Level II courses normally meets this mandate. Youth Tobacco Awareness, 4 Hours
Florida State Statute 569.11 states it is against the law for any person under the age of 18 to knowingly posses any tobacco product. Individuals convicted of violations of this statute may be required by the juvenile court to attend an anti-tobacco program. Affiliates are encouraged to market this program to their local juvenile courts. Life Skills/Civic Responsibility, 4 Hours
This workshop explores concepts embracing civic responsibility. Clients review moral and legal obligations and opportunities for service to their community. Topics include attitude, anger management, budget management, communication skills, community responsibility, personal responsibility, stress management and substance abuse. Driving while Drivers License Suspended/Revoked Support Seminar, 8 Hours
The DWDLS/RSS was developed for use by the court system as part of sentencing requirements for those individuals convicted of operating a motor vehicle while their driving privileges were suspended or revoked. Van Safety Program, 1 Hour
The Van Safety Program was developed for use by organizations that have drivers who operate large vans as part of their job requirements. |
