You are welcome to reach out to your instructor directly with their contact information given to you during the training session. Otherwise, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will be glad to assist in answering your questions.
If you are interested in taking NTSI Safer Driver for a second time, please reach out to your manager who can set up a training class with NTSI.
At the end of your SAFER Driver course, you will be given a Certificate of Completion with a perforated end. You may take the smaller portion of the Certificate to your personal insurance provider for a possible discount.
If you cannot attend the training at the last minute, please contact your manager as soon as possible. They will then inform NTSI and get you rescheduled for a later date.
If there is an issue with the training site or vehicle at the time of training, please work with your NTSI instructor to come up with a solution. That may be adjusting the training location, or renting a similar vehicle. If there is nothing that can be done, your manager will work with NTSI to reschedule the training.
