You are welcome to reach out to your instructor directly with their contact information given to you during the training session. Otherwise, please contact fleet@ntsi.com and someone will be glad to assist in answering your questions.
If you are interested in taking NTSI Safer Driver for a second time, please reach out to your manager who can set up a training class with NTSI.
If you lose your Participant Guide after a training has commenced, please reach out to fleet@ntsi.com and we can discuss getting you a new one to refer back to.
If you would like to order Participant Guides & Certificates for your class, please contact fleet@ntsi.com and someone will be glad to assist you.
If you are in need of a new Facilitator Guide or Supplemental Materials to hold your class, please contact fleet@ntsi.com and someone will be glad to assist you.

At the end of your SAFER Driver course, you will be given a Certificate of Completion with a perforated end. You may take the smaller portion of the Certificate to your personal insurance provider for a possible discount.
Urgent Situations
If the NTSI instructor is running late and you were not made aware of this by your manager, please reach out to 800-588-6874 x1080 and someone will be able to assist you.
If you cannot attend the training at the last minute, please contact your manager as soon as possible. They will then inform NTSI and get you rescheduled for a later date.
If you are running late to a training site, please call 800-588-6874 x1080 and let the NTSI administration know. They will then alert your instructor.
If there is an issue with the training site or vehicle at the time of training, please work with your NTSI instructor to come up with a solution. That may be adjusting the training location, or renting a similar vehicle. If there is nothing that can be done, your manager will work with NTSI to reschedule the training.
