California 3 Month DUI Program Near You

This 3 Month first offender DUI program meets the requirements for a conviction of a first offense Driving Under the Influence with an alcohol level generally between a .08 and .19 level.

This DUI class is the standard program for first time offenders in the State of California. It is designed to raise the participants awareness of the dangers of drinking and driving and prevent a future occurrence. Through the guidance of our licensed instructors you will leave empowered with new knowledge that can prevent a repeat incident and improve your overall attitude and behavior.

The following situations may be on record with the DMV which may conflict with the court order;

• Out of State DUI’s.
• DUI programs not completed for arrests more than ten years ago.
• DUI’s not yet sentenced.
