3 Month First Time DUI Program AB341

15 Week DUI Program – 30.75 Hours

This program meets the requirements for a conviction of a first offense Driving Under the Influence with an alcohol level generally between a .08 and .19 level. The course is the standard program for first time offenders in the state of California. It is designed to raise the participants awareness of the dangers of drinking and driving and prevent a future occurrence. Through the guidance of our licensed instructors you will leave empowered with new knowledge that can prevent a repeat incident and improve your overall attitude and behavior.

Required Sessions

Northern California

3 Month Program (30.75 hours):

  • Education Class – a combination of lecture and film (six classes, two hours each)
  • Group Session – meet once a week (nine sessions, two hours each)
  • Individual interviews – held at beginning, midpoint, and end of program (three meetings, 15 minutes each)
