9 Month First Time DUI Program AB1353

44 Week DUI Program – 61.5 Hours

This program meets the requirements for a conviction of a first offense Driving under the Influence with an alcohol level of .20 or greater. A total of 61.5 hours of program combining alcohol and drug education, group process, alcohol and drug assessment and individual interviews in the following format is required for completion. It is designed to not only raise the participants awareness of the dangers of drinking and driving and prevent a future occurrence, but also allow the participant to learn and discover what behaviors and influences are in their life causing them to drink to excessive levels. Through the guidance of our licensed instructors the participant will leave empowered with new knowledge that can prevent a repeat incident and improve overall attitude and behavior.

  • Education Class – a combination of lecture and film (six classes, two hours each)
  • Group Session – meet once a week (22 sessions, two hours each)
  • Individual interviews – meeting every other week (22 meetings,15 minutes each)
