COVID-19 (Corona Virus) Frequently Asked Questions

Updated: 3/31/2020

Like all of you, we have spent the last several weeks learning about the Novel Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic, and how it impacts our students, employees and communities.  As with every person, family, school and company, we’re attempting to make changes to how we operate to protect the health and safety of everybody affected.

Due to guidance or restrictions being implemented by state and local authorities throughout the country, the majority of our classes must be suspended for the time being, until clearance is given by the authorities. If a cancellation occurs, or if you are scheduled to attend a class and it has not been canceled but you are not comfortable attending, please email corporate@ntsi.com  or call our office (800) 588-6874 to cancel/reschedule at no cost. If permitted by your referring agency/court, you may be eligible to take an online version of your course, thus ensuring that you meet your court mandated deadline.

Our online course offerings will continue to be available without interruption to all students.

Please select a region below to get specific up-to-date information for your location. We will continue to update this as more information becomes available.

Arizona

Based on safety concerns for our clients and instructors due to the COVID-19  Corona Virus pandemic, we are temporarily suspending all Arizona classroom instruction, and asking Arizona’s drivers to instead consider NTSI’s Online DDS course, which you can register for by clicking here.   If you are already registered for an NTSI classroom course, we will be happy to move you to an online course at no charge, or assist you in finding another school that may still be offering classroom DDS. If you have already registered and wish to hold off until NTSI classroom courses return, you should contact your court to obtain an extension, which all Arizona courts are now offering.

For assistance with any of the above options, please call NTSI at (800) 726-6874 or email ntsirm@ntsi.com and we will help you solve your problem.   Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time and please follow all public health guidelines to ensure that you and your family stay safe
